I have a habit of asking "but does this actually help anyone?" and not letting go until I have a real answer.
Right now that means working inside one of Canada's largest banks, designing the AI workflows, interaction patterns and design systems that will shape how thousands of employees work every day. It's complex, high-stakes, and exactly the kind of problem I'm built for.
I come at AI from both a design and a systems angle. The experience has to feel right. So does everything underneath it.

Designing the AI experiences that 50,000+ CIBC employees will use every day. That means interaction patterns for human oversight, an AI-native design system built from the ground up, and a constant push to make sure what gets built is actually worth someone's trust.
Outside of CIBC, I volunteer with AI Governance & Safety Canada — because how we build AI matters as much as what we build.
